On Monday, January 4, 2010 (the day we get back!), eat lunch or dinner and/or have a drink at one of the following Colorado Pub Company restaurants. The Emily Griffith Foundation has been chosen as their charity of choice that evening, and 10% of their proceeds from that day will be donated to our Foundation for scholarships.
