For the month of October, 2009 we received about 729 applications which equals about 24.3 applications/day compared with 865 applications (28 applications/day) in August. During the month of October, of 954 visits to the Getting Started Checklist, 421 (44%) proceeded to the Application. This is just one of the many measures that helps us monitor our websites' effectiveness in helping prospects begin their application process.
In comparison with other Vocational & Continuing Education sites of a similar size, in October 2009 we received:
26,691 Visits/month compared with 4,965 of other sites
52.10% Bounce Rate (visits in which the person left our site from the entrance page) compared with 47.04% of other sites
2:55 min is the Average Time spent on site compared with 2:42 min on other sites
4.51 Pages/Visit compared with 3.60 pages/visit of other sites
31.90% are New Visits compared with 58.92% on other sites

**NOTE: These numbers are half of what they should be. We added program page titles to help search engines find our webpages better. Great news: it worked! Our programs are more findable by Google. However, we will not see full results until next month.
