The flu shot clinic is scheduled for October 12, 2009 from 1:15 - 2:15. I will need 25 people to have the clinic here.
Flu shots are $25.00
FluMist nasal spray $30.00
Pneumococcal shots $45.00
Right now this does not include the H1N1 vaccine. We can schedule another clinic for that if needed. Thanks. Dorothy Seal
