Please make arrangements to attend the very important event at West HS on April 2 from 8-11 a.m. We need to have the programs listed below represented by a staff member. You may also bring students with you if it’s appropriate. If you are unable to make arrangements, please see me to discuss alternatives.Please contact Marla Rodriguez in our PR department to confirm who will attend and what special needs if any you have (such as electricity). As in the past, please plan to have an interactive display or activity.Thank you for your participation in this important school event.
