Please list prospective graduates from your program on the attached spreadsheet.
You will need to include the following information:
- Student’s First Name
- Student’s Last Name
- Student ID#
- Program of Study
- Graduation Term
- Expected Date of Completion
The deadline for submission of your list is October 15. If you have student/s that begin class after October 15, 2007 and will complete their programs prior to January 1, 2008, submit this list, in the same format, as soon as possible, but not later than January 1, 2008.
