Due to the non-existent payroll processing time this month, (Payroll must be submitted by close of business on the 14th) we are requesting that all hourly staff and contract staff that need to be paid for extra hours TURN IN THEIR PAYSLIPS FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 15, 2008 THROUGH NOVEMBER 12, 2008 ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2008. This pay period will only include hours through November 12, 2008. Your hours for November 13th and 14th will be paid in the following pay period. This more equitably splits the days in each pay period and allows us time to process the payroll. If you need an exception to these arrangements please see me ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your cooperation.
