Please list prospective graduates from your program on the attached spreadsheet. (See attachment above)

You will need to include the following information:
 Student’s First Name
 Student’s Last Name
 Student ID#
 Program of Study
 Graduation Term
· Expected Date of Completion

The deadline for submission of your list is July 1, 2008.

Please use the template that is in the attachment above.

Please inform your students that they cannot pick up their certificates and transcripts until after August 14, 2008
