Kudos to student Andy Ruhland for diffusing a very difficult situation with an unruly cosmetology customer on Friday. After observing the situation, Andrew pretended to be security and quickly escorted the customer down to the administration offices. He should be commended for his quick thinking and deft handling of the situation. Thanks, Andrew.
